FAQ

Is it really that easy ?

We strive to make it a seamless, productive experience for you so you don’t have to worry about the time or cost of attending. We attend as a proxy for you, just as if you’d been there yourself. Please see our FAQs for some quick answers or the guidance section on our services page for more.

We usually require 48 hours notice to attend, although we do offer a same day (concierge) service where possible. Once attendance is complete, we usually have your photos, video or report ready for download within 24 hours. Our services page has more detail.

We cover all capital cities throughout Australia. Our scouts cover a 25KM radius by car from their respective CBD. Naturally we can attend opens outside these areas, however an extra fee is required based on distance and access. If extra-vehicular transit is required, such as ferries, helicopters, ATV’s etc please call us to discuss. See the coverage tool on our services page for more.

Yes we do, however we charge a small additional fee for attending on Sundays and after hours (usually around $25 per open). Please see our services page for more.

We provide a link via email to our portal where you can view and download your open home resources. All offerings include an attendance document with scout comments and a resource inventory.

No problem. We can attend another open home on your behalf. If you prefer a refund and we’ve already received payment, we’ll refund the full amount minus a $25 admin fee. If, for any reason our scout is unable to attend as planned, we’ll give you a full refund, and attend another open on your behalf free of charge. Checkout our cancellation policy for more.

As we are capturing footage of the property, we are required to disclose the details of the party for whom we’re attending. Clients are requested to contact the agent prior to booking with us.

Definitely ! We stand behind our work, and have no problem sharing. In fact it’s encouraged. Our work needs to speak for itself and we welcome your enquiry. Please use the contact form or call us to request a sample.

These cases are rare, but they do sometimes happen in the interests of protecting a tenants privacy. As we do touch base with agents prior to attending, we can usually give you a heads up to discuss how you’d like to proceed.
